company — owning account stability, uptime, escalations/de-escalations, and platform
enhancements for national-scale infrastructure. Currently TAM for the Central Bank
NPSS project, managing customer infrastructure for nationwide payment systems.
Architected and enabled a RedHat OpenShift platform on G42 Cloud and Huawei
Cloud, drove enterprise digital-transformation programs, and spearheaded infrastructure for
the UAE Genome Program (multi-petabyte genomics AI), with ~30% FinOps cloud-cost reductions
and national GPU optimization. Supported the UAE CBDC initiative — including
the first cross-border central-bank digital-currency transaction between the UAE and China —
managing vendors and ecosystem partners for integration and connectivity.

Candle Range Theory strategies with a multi-target TP ladder (scale-out → breakeven → trailing).
